美国商务部 （United States Department of Commerce）是美国15个联邦行政部门之一，成立于1903年2月14日，总部设在华盛顿特区宪法大道1401号赫伯特.C.胡佛大楼。美国商务部负责美国国际贸易、进出口管制、贸易救济措施等。商务部主要负责发展国内商业与其他国家贸易。由美国商务部人口调查局和经济分析局负责整理发布的《美国统计摘要》是美国政府发布的最权威的全国性统计数据。美国现任商务部部长是吉娜·雷蒙多。
