毕业于兰州大学化学系,先后获化学学士(1981-1985)、硕士(1985-1988)和博士学位(1990-1993)。历任天津大学化学系助教(1988)、讲师(1989)和副教授(1993),浙江大学化学系博士后、副教授(1994-1997),香港中文大学化学系博士后研究员(1997-1998)。1998年至今任浙江大学化学系教授、博士生导师,现兼任浙江大学化学系系主任、中国化学会理事、浙江省化学会副理事长、中国化学会有机化学学科委员会委员、中国化学会化学生物学专业委员会委员。

先进事迹

王彦广教授曾任浙江大学化学系主任,浙江省化学会理事长,中国化学会理事,国家自然科学基金委员会专家评审组成员,现兼任教育部高等学校化学类专业教学指导委员会委员,中国化学会有机化学学科委员会委员等。他执教三十余年,热爱党的教育事业,在教学改革和教材建设方面做出了突出贡献。自 2001 年起,他先后主编出版了《化学与人类文明》(第 1-3 版)、《有机化学》(第 1-4 版)和《中级有机化学——反应与机理》等本科教材,其中《化学与人类文明》和《有机化学》均被评为普通高等教育“十一五”国家级规划教材和“十二五”普通高等教育本科国家级规划教材,《有机化学》第 4 版为新型态教材。他曾获国家级教学成果奖二等奖 2 项,省部级教学成果奖一等奖 1 项,以及国务院政府特殊津贴(自然科学教学类)、宝钢优秀教师奖、全国教育系统职业道德建设标兵、浙江省高等学校教学名师奖等荣誉。
